Gunblade not working on garen.
Gunblade appears to not heal for ability damage on some units. Gunblade should be healing some for all damage. Can confirm it 100% doesn't work on garens spin. I tried 3 times.

i found the same, it heals normally for attacks but does nothing when he spins
