I don't understand
Miss Fortune's Q just got nerfed but yet, next patch they are buffing it again? lol anyone know why riot is doing this? im not complaining, im just super confused xD

Pika3101 votesRito's "balance" team isn't actually a singular entity that convenes and discusses ideas. In truth, it is filled with individuals who have full power and access to the game's code and freedom to alter it without consent. Rito have publicly confirmed, even interns are given free reign to change this game to their own whim day 1 on the job. They only ask that they take a few minutes to record the change in the next patch notes, but even that isn't required as Fearless has proven with his literally DOZENS of shadow nerfs he's personally made to this game.
Fact is, last patch 1 "balance" employee decided they wanted to nerf MF(probably Meddler.) This patch, a different "balance" employee was upset that their main got nerfed and decided to buff MF. That's really as simple as it is.
