I need to limit my time on LoL & TFT

I installed LoL on my PC again after a long break because TFT came out. Usually I uninstall the game because I have bad self control.

Anyway, I really don't want to uninstall the game. I would much rather set a time limit of 1 hour on the application on my PC but idk how to do this.

Does anyone have a solution? Worst case scenario is just uninstall and be done with it. But there's a bunch of game-related goals I haven't completed such as hitting Lv 9 in the TFT release tab.

You could do that family-link share google has which will set a limit on your device entirely or you will just have to self restrain yourself lol

At the begginig i were just like you. I didnt have self control over games. I was raging and braking things, even i got to the point were my mother took my whole pc away. But then i realise i gotta do something cuz these nerves are gonna get me sick. So from now on i tried many things to control myself and i did it. Just relax, take a break from your pc and any games listen to chill music drink tea and etc. Then when you come back youll be chilled :)
