Should you be able to see scuttle without being seen?

being able to see the radius of the scuttle without being seen is the same as seeing a ward without being seen. if i take scuttle it shouldn't JUST affect vision of the neutral objective, if it should be then i should be granted vision of the pit. does this seem illogical?

i think originally, scuttle was made to help you escape the after taking a neutral objective? if so, should the movement speed of scuttle be higher? also, sometimes i wonder why does the scuttle have Mana?

and one of my original issues with scuttle was the fact that it doesnt actually consume the honeyfruit to heal and it should!
