He's not even good now. his winrate is terrible. His items have been nerfed. He doesn't posses anything and pretty much other champions do better. He has a bit of everything, but in a nerfed position.

Don't worry. If riot won't buff him as soon as the free week end he will disappear again

He never even appeared. He was OP only on release because of lifesteal.

I play just fine with him, and I hardly even see a difference in win rate i dont know what you guys are talking about.
