@Meddler, how do you feel about the current state of Cinderhulk?

Personally, it has felt lackluster for quite some time compared to a Runic Echoes --> tank build. It no longer feels like the primary go-to jungle tank item. It feels like most of the time the most optimal build for a jungle tank is to go damage first (Runic Echoes) and then build tank after rather than the other way around.

Compared to the impact Devourer, Runic Echoes and Warrior can have, Cinderhulk feels kind of meh right now.
