Ohmwrecker rework idea

It'd have to have the same properties as redemption - including the delay. Otherwise it'd just render everyone with those useless. It'd be grievous 2.0.

And it'd still run into the same issue: the people that want it for the active (Burst champions) don't want the stats (Tank stats).

I imagine someone like ornn or skarner running it to help the assassin on their team. If it had the same startup time as redemption then I feel it would be way to hard to use and random. Better if it had a near instant start up like glp but had a 3-5 minute cd.

Or what if it was like an EMP and just disabled all item uses for like 2-3 seconds?

It could be used defensively to like help keep a Gunblade or BORK user from pooping on your teammate. It could be used aggressively to disable Locket temporarily. It could be used around Baron pit to disable sightstones and trinkets (not wards already place, you just wouldn't be able to ACTIVATE it during that time). Also no Zhonya's or Stopwatch obviously, or Mikael's/Redemption.

That would be even better. I actually think I like this more.
