Unbalanced

With items like devour and such being added into the game we all have gone up against match ups like Master Yi, Shyvana, or any other champion that can benefit really well from the attack speed. After awhile these champions sorta fell off from being over played by everyone and just by a select few who enjoy playing them. The changes to Guinsoo's Rage Blade has brought back these champions. Guinsoo primarily does the same thing that it always used to, but has the aoe on it now to really push it over the edge. Many champions are benefiting from this though. Master Yi who no longer scales with AP can go devour and Guinsoo and completely dominate with only 2 kills or so. Same thing with champions like Jax or Xin Zhao who do have ap scaling, and it can be more viable to build on them, but when you can have someone with the most efficient build as a tank for a team comp to be attacked by champions who build these items and completely be destroyed like they had no armor or magic resist at all is just too much. With tanks dying that fast, it's only worse when you get to those who don't build tank cause they are either squishy like an ADC or Mid laner. I believe something should be done either to the items that can cause face rolls that require no skill, or the champions at hand. Guinsoo on a jungler that values attack speed is like a Mid laner with DFG. They could be super far behind without the item, but once they get it can get such a power spike that they can easily face roll over anyone and anything.
