[CLIENT] Chroma Skins not showing up

With the new Champ Select screen there are bound to be some minor issues. The bug I am running into is that I can't select any chroma skins while using the new champ select layout. I can scroll through all of the other skins I own but when I went to a skin that had a chroma pack, i.e. Dragon Slayer Vayne for me, I could not access any of the chroma skins, only being able to choose the default Dragon Slayer Vayne. This only happens for me on the New champion select layout, in blind pick I still have the option to pick Dragon Slayer Vayne and switch between the chroma's available to me for that skin.
