New rank tiers
Just wanna see ur guys thoughts on whether the new ranks will actually be an effective way to create more fluid movement between ranks and sort out skill levels.

I think the new Iron tier is gonna be useful. It means us low silver people wont have to worry nearly as much about fresh level 30's in their first ranked promo coming into our games as often. Grandmaster could be neat too, but I myself am not a high elo player.
