Could we please have an Ashe buff?

I started playing this April, back when Ashe was actually pretty decent. I played a lot of matches with her and she was one of my favorite champs. however, when her nerfs came around, I had more difficulty playing her. the nerfs actually had me switch to a top main, then a mid main (Mid Gath ftw) and eventually I firmly cemented myself in support. However, on the occasion that I do AD Carry, Ashe is my favorite AD Carry. and she just... isn't viable anymore? She's not terrible, but I'll go so far to say that she puts your team at a disadvantage if the enemies have, say, a Jhin or Caitlyn. She's not as bursty as most ADC's and I just feel like she's no longer worth playing until she's buffed a little bit. but please, let me know your thoughts!

As someone who has also felt the pain of worlds ( item 3070 Shen ), you can make anyone work if you truly put enough time into them. That's why people play galio and aatrox.

We all remember what it's like to Ashe over buffer...nobody wants that meta back where Ashe, the ADC with the most amount of CC, also had the highest damage numbers across the board

Ashe isn't a hyper carry like Jinx or Caitlyn. That's not what she is designed to do. She's more for picks (her ult), and her permanent slow preventing people from getting into a fight / getting away. Plus she also has global map vision with her E. She doesn't need hyper carry levels of damage back. You just need to remember she's not meant to do damage like jinx or caitlyn. She will do a lot of damage, but needs more items than a Jinx or Caitlyn to do so.
