Is ap fizz really dead?

Getting rekt in the mid by ap fizz. He also did a quadra and a few double kills. The match ended really fast but im sure that if it didnt fizz was going to get around 30 kills. We needed the whole team just to kill him and some of us were dying. Are you really sure that ap fizz is dead?
