Here are some QOL changes that I would implement

Self Cast is true Self Cast No more accidentally ulting yourself as Zilean or having to pull off the perfect W with ziggs. There's so many small but very important abilities that would benefit from this. It's a setting you can bind, but self cast does the opposite of what it says.

Rune pages bind-able to champions You should click a drop down button in rune pages, and auto select for this champion. This would eliminate accidentally taking the wrong rune page.

Drag- Able champion portraits, chat, minimap, skill bar, and etc + opacity Something that I would literally play a different moba if it had it. I hate the position of different things, in fact I would drag the chat bar off screen if I could, just like I drag the forfeit option off screen whenever some stupid INTing tilter decides to spam it.

Legacy skins unlocked with purchase of mastery It makes more sense then paying for a achievement. You don't have to RNG for that special skin you've been dying to unlock that is limited edition.

Twisted Treeline but with better map design Just to break the monotony. It needs to be bigger, with more routes and bushes everywhere. It should have bomb plants with health orbs in strategic places, so that they can be used as a bait. It should be its own thing.
