WindSpeaker's Blessing on Galio

Hey I play a lot of Galio and I was using the keystone mastery Windspeaker's Blessing because it says "your heals and shields are 10% stronger, and your heals and shields on other allies increases their armor and MR by X amount. I really liked that support play style for galio but found out it wasn't actually buffing any of Galios' spells on himself or other allies. Anyone else have this problem or can try to get it bumped? I know when Soraka heals with wind speaker it shows the armor logo under you after being healed, and it should do the same for Galio's bulwark because it says "your heals AND shields are 10% stronger" Thanks.
