WindSpeaker's Blessing Bug on Galio Bulwark

Hey I play a lot of Galio and I was using the keystone mastery Windspeaker's Blessing because it says "your heals and shields are 10% stronger, and your heals and shields on other allies increases their armor and MR by X amount. I really liked that support play style for galio but found out it wasn't actually buffing any of Galios' spells on himself or other allies. Thanks a bunch. P.S. I understand its a resistance shield, however it is still a shield and says "Galio SHIELDS a friendly champion" so it should still count. Also support galio is weak and the mastery fix could help him be viable in the support role.
