Maokai damage nerfs?

Just got done in a match where a Maokai built ONLY RoA, (regardless this was an ARAM) and outdamaged every single person, besides Ziggs who did 3k more damage than him. Maokai did 54k damage, as a pure tank, with a Veigar, ziggs, Pure AP nunu, Draven, Galio, Ekko and Jax. How the hell does a pure tank able to receive so much damage, when I was constnatly Stunning him while we're dropping rotations on him, he just heals it all right back up, and then just kills everyone, with a RoA. Perma root, slow, ETC. Watched him tank Base laser for 3 seconds while I hit him with Veigar ult and a full rotation, plus two turret hits, and then antoher full rotation minus ult before he died. That's a bit much?

It's ARAM. It's a giant teamfight. Tanks get most of their damage out of those fights.

I say it time and time again.

Put Twisted advance on ANY champ in the game and it breaks them.

THAT is the only thing that is remotely broken for him. IMHO it's the only move in the ENTIRE game that currently is without counter play. You can't even flash it and I take flash as a reasonable counterplay to some abilities.

Or you know his ult. Do you know his kit? No no you dont
