I think i lost it at some point when i was playing aatrox, i applied my passive plus ignite on him and he still healed for 4K HP which btw, he had 3.9K HP going full ap. I dont know, i dont find this champion healthy whatsoever even grevious wounds cant deal with his nonsense.
hes a mage that counters so much other cancerous champions, don't take that away from the mage players man.
Riot stated themselves that Vlad is the hardest champion to balance, and imo his rework fucked him up more than he used to be
Idk. He takes all this blood from a bajillion people, it's amazing he doesn't have HIV yet.
IDK man he can suck blood from some champs which might make him sick ( Azir - salmonella, Alistar- cowpox etc).
