hi guys i recently started to play kayn and I and started to see issue i dont know to which 1 to transform i would like if someone can explain to me about kayn ty <3

Darkin Kayn (Rhaast)(Red form) He is a "Drain Tank". He is strongest fighting in the front line because he does a lot of damage to high HP targets and heals from it.
Assasin Kayn(Blue Form) Pure assassin meaning you catch someone isolated from the group and basically one shot them.
Play red kayn if your team needs a tank or the team has a lot of tanks. Play blue kayn if they have easy targets to pick off, or they have no tanks.
Edit: Dont go face first into a fight as an assassin, you need to flank or surprise the enemy, go for the adc or support, or anyone you can easily kill.
Well its pretty easy if they have little to no CC and no tanks u might as well go blue Kayn. Blue kayn is a assasins he can go 1 shotting people but he will be shutdown wiht alot of CC.
Red Kayn is a bruiser he doesnt 1 shot people but he can stay alive lot longer and does way more dmg vs tanks because of his % health dmg healing and dmg. His ult is way more usefull since u ult and gain like 40% of ur hp almost always back.
So Red Kayn is more reliable imo but Blue Kayn is beter vs squishys and bad CC comps.

Rhaast is a more durable, drain tanking champion. Essentially, he becomes a lot like Aatrox. You give up a bit of range and speed for more fighting power. Instead of being built around just nuking one person, you are changed to be around fighting the entire enemy team at once. Think Darius or Illaoi, but a bit less tanky and more mobile.
Shadow Assassin is...well...an assassin. He's built around moving quickly and nuking. The increased range and lack of lockdown on your W means you get to deal more damage more quickly (and the range in particular lets you ult in more safely). The increased MS on your E gives you more safety and picking potential. However, you're subject to the same issue all assassins are: You're squishy and melee.
Rhaast is best if you need CC/durability, and if they have a lot of tanks and are expecting to teamfight a lot. This means he'll be the better choice in most matches past Gold.
SA is best if you already have enough tanks, and if they're squishy, and are looking to splitpush a lot (meaning more opportunities for picks). He'll likely only be good in lower matches, where people don't pay attention to comp much (or at all). But he could also be very valuable into champions like Twitch, Kog'maw, and Tristana, since his W and R means he'll have an easy time closing to them and finishing them, while even most other assassins won't have that level of reliability into them. Of course, you'll have to wait for those 3 to move back into the meta for that.
Overall, you'll have to read the situation, and decide which is better in that match. And that's not something you can learn from anything but experience.
