Mysticman891 votesAccounts actually belong to riot/valve respectively, so they can do basically whatever they want with them.
In the terms you agree to when making those accounts, they tell you you can't trade/buy/sell those accounts, and one of the penalties for violating that is having the accounts banned.
They'd only be banned if you actually try trading your account though, you're free to continue using any account you personally created.
