Darius ult no longer fully reset, so why not up his base dmg on ratio of it?

Either increase the base damage or the ration to make his ult more impactful as it was designed with a full reset mechanic but now the cd is inneviatble this champ is so wrong and need something pls

Darius does NOT need buffs, by any means. If he gets even a little fed, it's all over. He is SO tanky you can't kill him, and his damage is very high even with 2-3 damage items. I feel that he is for the most part balanced, he needs NO changes.
