Did Riot remove a combo from Yasuo?

Hi!

I remember that there was a combo on Yasuo which could be done only if the tornado hit a target at maximum range(or at least that's the only way i could do it). You had time to hit one more Q so when you use ult and Q again u have tornado once again. So I went on practice tool to, well, practice some stuff and at first i thought i became so rusty on Yasuo, but then i realised that i do it right, but the Q before the ult is not registered but still does the damage. But if i do not use ult right after that Q it adds as a stack for the tornado but by the time that happens it is too late to use ult.

Was it removed in some earlier patch on purpose or it is a Bug?

I think that was a combo on Yasuo that was not that easy to pull off and it was pretty satisfying when you managed to do it in a PvP game (without dying and losing the game of course).

If someone knows the answer to this, please enlighten me :).
