her basic attack does alot of damage! i mean she even does more damage than marksman .o. at least early to mid.
has an 80% slow right at the start, can polymorph anyone, casts a shield, buffs movement, grants vision, knocks up, enlarges, aoe slow and gives bonus health .-.
i see more and more lulu top and shes holding lane O.o her basic attack is pure spam and she has quite some range @.@
or maybe its just me¿? but her kit has every cc in the game available and MORE .-.
AmetDeCrypt1 votesit do, especially if you go hybrid pen on her instead of magic pen her autos REALLY hurt. aa q aa combo can take off 40-50% of anyone's health bar easy. but while early game is around she has atrocious base mana and lots of mana issues. thing is she has an insane mana per level and she can spam her heart out with a full cdr build lategame. she's also stupidly squishy. it's another case of "if she's protecting the carry, go for the lulu" you're actually wasting less breath trying to kill her and if she ults herself... well she's just left an open field for the rest of your team.
just don't take anyone who wants to do damage into her, unless it's a tank comfortable with sitting on her and her carry for a good while so the assassin can do his work fuhgettaboutit.
TL;DR she's weak earlier in the game and strong later especially as she starts ramping her hypercarries up. shut her down early if possible and tread lightly around her late.

she isn't that squishy .-. especially with that shield and ult T.T she can 1vs1 most opponents and mainly if she is losing, she just flies off XD
and these days support items restore mana, so bye bye mana problem!
