Quinn Changes @Riot
No one noticed this very much (or did and didn't give a thought) so I'm going to post this as it's own post.
"@RiotRepetoir Kay, I'm a Quinn main, and everything in this sounds like I would want. Her E has an escape but is unreliable, because you are still targetable mid E animation, making it so that if there is a team of knock-up players on the opposing team, more than likely you're E is useless.
Quinn E buff: Make it so that she is untargetable mid animation so that she doesn't get herself blitzgrabbed and ends up dying to every knock-up ever.
I hate it when I am in laneing faze and I'm trying to trade with a dominantly basic attack champ and I use it and it ends up hitting the minion 2 units from the champ and the champ I'm trading with doesn't get the blind.
Quinn Q buff: Make the hitbox ever so slightly smaller and the AoE blind larger kinda like Anivia almost, but it doesn't go through champs.
(I'm doing everything out of order here and I don't care.) Quinn's passive needs to be redone or bigfixed to the point of it would have been easier to redo it. If you redo it, make it like any other champion with scaling basics, after every 3 basics the Harrior mark comes down and makes the champion, and then the W takes effect and it is a lot like Gnar .
Quinn Passive and W passive change: Every 3rd or 4th basic (level scaling) harrior mark comes down (upon consuming the mark it deals true damage making Quinn's solo lane much stronger against tanks, opening up a different build path for top lane Quinns) and activates the W movespeed to catch up to stragglers so that champs with activate able movespeed boosts (Teemo or Miss Fortune) can't get away with 150 hp everytime.
Quinn's ult is basically a giant movespeed buff on a 120 (I usually have 10% cdr or lower at this point in the game) second cooldown. It is mainly used a suicide bomber skill and relying on your E to escape (:/) and of course you win any fight right? Nope. Quinn's second ult scales off ad, but it doesn't deal true damage, it is like any other top lane execution (Garen Ult, Riven Ult,) and ability that deals %hpdmg. And that is bogus. It deal %hpdmg, and if you are a top laner, you more than likely are the team fight initiator, and not the adc, staying back behind getting peeled, you are the one divebombing, so chances are the enemies are at higher HP. Which makes the ult utterly useless. %hpdmg against full health champs is not useful for initiating teamfights. SO.
Quinn R change: Make the ad ratio scale at a lower %, but make the ult deal true damage (edit) INSTEAD of %hpdmg. It would benefit teamfights for top lane Quinns so much and since she now has an untargateable E she can get out, and with the higher attack speed, get the harrior mark off on the tank champs (depending on ADC) and leave the squishies to the mid lane and jungler.
These Quinn changes would maker her solo laning so much smoother, late-game team fights stronger, and she would be a feared top lane hyper carry.
