Just got out of a game where he a full build minus a single atk speed item.
Thats dumb right?

He just needs youmou's but so does every other adc... lol Which he didn't have.
Draven is all about building up double spinning axes, then dumping 1 axe, activating Q and dumping the other 2 for high damage.
Draven is an attack damage anomaly.
