I just hit 30, hopefully looking to get into ranked someday but probably not for awhile yet. But I am curious as to what runes I should be getting first, and what I should have set up as rune pages before I start looking at ranked games.
it really depends on what you play, a standard AD reds, Armor yellow, and MR blues, with AS quints wouldn't hurt. Or for AP, Mag pen reds, Armor yellow, MR blue, AP quints
I am actually a support main, usually bard, urgot , or shen. depending on what my team needs. but i was thinking for overall pages as I currently only have 2.
you need two basic rune pages to start
AD 9 ad marks 9 armor seasls 3 ad quints 9 mr glyphs
AP 9 magic pen marks 9 armor seals 3 ap quints 9 mr glyphs
these will work for 95% of the champs and as you get more IP and experience through playing you can expand your runes
this ends up being 5 different rune types considering you can use the 9 armor on both pages, and the 9 mr on both pages
