How to get out of Bronze/ Low ELO

General tips that apply to most people stuck in low elo? Play around objectives rather than kills. Kills are nice but you should be using them to get objectives on the map. Also, one of the biggest things low elo people do wrong is just die way too much, for silly reasons. Don't get caught out for free, play smart. If you die, it's your fault. It doesn't matter if the top laner didn't call mia. It doesn't matter if "but I was so close, if not for that gp ult". none of dat shit. Don't blame others, just work on improving your own play. Also, get your last hits! Unless you're losing lane hard/getting zoned out hard, you should always have at least 70-80 farm by 10 minutes in and after that you should have at least 10 cs for every minute. Example, by 20 minutes you should probably be close to 200 cs, 30 minutes you should ideally be over 300.
- Stop dying. Every time you ask yourself, "Why did I die? And was it worth it?"
Spoilers: usually, no, it wasn't worth it. Examine why you died unnecessarily. Were you too greedy? Were you not watching the minimap? Did you go deep into the fog of war, when several opponents were MIA? Did you attempt an engage without summoners? Did you not check how fed the opponent was beforehand? So on and so forth.
This is the biggest issue I see in low elo. (Note: I am low elo, myself. I'm silver! I'm also working on it.)
- Stop chasing kills. No, like really. They're not as important as you think. If an enemy's running away, and it's going to take you 20 seconds to catch him? Stop. Bothering. Go take a tower instead. That's way more important.
