I won 7/10 of my provisonals but was put into b3

was bronze 1 last season but played very little ranked maybe 15 games tops nd this season with the new champ select I was keen to give it a dece try and I smash out my provisionals and win 7/10 and carry a couple of them even and it dumps me in bronze 3?? how does the provional system even work, why did it put me so low after doing so well{{summoner:2}}

Its not just W/L ratio, it is also dependent on the MMR of the games you were in.

If you went 6/10 but playing in games full of people who were diamond last season you will probably be placed higher than if you went 9/10 against teams full of Bronze V.

Thanks that helps alot, But why was I queued against such low mmr people? is there anything I can do to climb faster because I'm too impatient to climb up through bronze with the ammount of games it takes to climb up even 1 division and the ammount of lp loss from 1 loss is alot so it's just a frastrating experience for me. if I do extraordinarily well can I skip a division or 2 when I get to promos?

No. If you don't wanna put the time in to climb, then it's not even worth playing ranked. You need to drastically raise your MMR to skip leagues, so that probably won't happen.

my average KDA was 15/4.57/7.57 with fizz 11.3/5.7/10 with cho gath and it puts me in bronze 3, this is so frustrating
