Mordekaiser Q doesn't work properly with rapid firecannon [In Game]

When you have 100 stacks of rapid firecannon and auto attack with your q it only does the rapid firecannon bonus damage and doesn't attack.

step 1:buy rapid firecannon on mordekiaser step 2: attack with q and 100 stacks of rapid firecannon

happens 100% of the time.
