Question about Rank Placements
- Is rank placements now based on ELO, or the result of the games?
- For new rank players, is there a certain formula or graph (N of Wins versus Division)?
- I know new rank players have initial ELO at 1200 (Silver V), but how does the ELO change to each win or lose?
