Question about Rank Placements

Weijia 0··1 votes·283 views
  1. Is rank placements now based on ELO, or the result of the games?
  2. For new rank players, is there a certain formula or graph (N of Wins versus Division)?
  3. I know new rank players have initial ELO at 1200 (Silver V), but how does the ELO change to each win or lose?
