So I know i got every tier 2 rune back when i first started this game, they were only 1 ip. But im looking at my runes and all of my quintessences are gone except for ( AD, AS AP) T3 quints btw. , and quite a few of my glyphs are missing. Am i missing something here?

Then in the option menu check and uncheck tier 1 and 2 a few times
