Do burn effects on items (Liandrys Torment) stack with runes that burn? (Scorch) or is it a waste of time to have both. Usually I'm mid. AP. I'll run Liandrys Torment as well as Morellonomicon. Wondering if Scorch actually does anything if Liandrys for instance activates at the same time?

actually he could build it since CDR/hp/MR helps the passive since hes melee. it doesnt stop a Kat to get

Ludens Echo makes sense because of his Q two shot potential. Especially when your Q crits on isolated targets that are in the Death Realm for example. Abysal Mask is primarily a mana item, and building it on a manaless champion kinda removes manacost-based healing from it don't you think?

i think he would benefit off of the amplify his magic damage but 15% its a cost for early game but kinda a buff later since that aura/MR is there.
