How do you appeal a ban?

Someone want to explain to me how I got banned for this? I've been playing this game since it was released... somehow got perma banned for this game... the worst thing I see here is asking people to ward and they never listened so I said the F word. I've seen far worst things in game...

Ehhhh I see how it could be interpreted as toxic, but I'm leaning towards this not deserving any punishment. I think after a 14 day ban, theyre extra strict on any negativity. All caps screaming at your team, telling them what to do and ridiculing them ("this team") is considered negative. So i can see where theyre coming from, but if I was in charge, I wouldnt punish you. You can try contacting support of course, but like you said, it looks like you'll probably be SOL.

Are there more than 1 game chat log attached on your feedback card? I do see a game with the referenced Senna in your chat log, but you've played 5 more games after that game with no Senna on either team spanning over a day. The IFS is not instant but it is not THAT slow it would allowed you to play 5 more games over 24 hours. Would you like to discuss the other game logs on your reform card? Perhaps make screenshots of your reform card and post them? You can use sites like www.imgur.com
