[Request] Health Bar Transparency Slider

Its come to my attention that its hard to see the health bars of some minions and enemies when in close combat, I think a transparency slider for the health bars would be better than just hiding them altogether. Its also very hard to CS/Farm as a melee champ because your health bar is blocking the minions health bars.
