Shen Rework/Buff?

Please can we have a Shen rework, now that we have had Akali reworked?

Shen isn't viable anymore toplane, and needs his lack of range/damage/attack speed addressed. Honestly I think it would be better to convert Shen to a full on bruiser rather than a tank, because there are other champions who out-tank Shen and his winrate(45% total but sub 40% against his counter-picks) against them top lane is very low. not to mention those champions also have ranged pokes. Every engage for Shen has an extreme death risk. He has no ranged poke! His shield isn't even that strong anymore, doesn't last very long and his sword only shields 200 damage for 1 second. He has no damage build besides , and it takes way too long to build. Not to mention other champions have better damage items that put Shen at a disadvantage because of attack damage and speed. and just erase Shen, no matter who builds them.

If you look at the top current meta champions, almost every single one of them counters Shen! -Irelia (Unlimited Dashes, High damage) -Garen (Silence and his ULT damage, also higher armor/health naturally) -Darius (Health restoration, attack range makes farming unbearablealso higher armor/health naturally) -Chogath (outfarms and has ranged poke) -Illaoi (attack range makes farming unbearable, too many things to dodge, not enough E) -Quinn (attack range makes farming unbearable, often goes top lane and can basically snipe shen with max lethality before he can build enough armor, too fast to engage) -Malchite (Ranged poke that does high damage and prevents farming, also higher armor/health naturally) -Urgot(attack range makes farming unbearable, his throwback tosss negates shens taunt and makes it useless in most cases, too much armor, high damage) -Yorik (outfarms shen, has a barrier of minions at all times that prevents engage) -Fiora (can counter all of shen's moves, as a melee champ who depends on close combat this is very bad) -Singed(Cant really engage or farm) -Akali(after rework, her smoke makes it hard to attack whatsoever, she outdamages shen and cuts through armor) -Teemo(well teemo is... teemo, he can poke and farm to his hearts content and Shen cant engage because of the poison and blind, it makes it damn near impossible to farm.)

You only get 1 ban, and every champ in that list can wipe the floor with Shen and are picked very often. Low-Mid Elo Shen mains should not have to suffer nerfs because of pro-players.

How to resolve this? -Give Shen a ranged Q(Throwing his sword and or a Grab/Knockup) -increase his W block and magic resist -Lower the cooldown of his E, or make it so he can do it consecutively 3 times and then a longer cooldown -Increase Attack Speed and or make it scale with level -Make Shen do a base attack of 75 at least, 68 is too low.
