Please fix server issues

So, I have been having issues this last couple weeks with the server. Basically, my ping shows 70 but in game nothing is responding like I am lagging. I live in Idaho and I have Cable One 100mbps internet. This has been happening around 12 AM MST and it has lost me more than a few ranked games. On top of this, I have had up to 10k Ping spikes at different times but I have programs running that show no packet loss. I know I am not the only one with this issue and it has to be on Riots side b/c I have friends all over the US that are having the same issue. Please either give us more info or a solution!
