@Riot, Private chats

I been in chats since like season 1 mostly the 3v3 chat and the thing i wanna talk about are spammers. Lately there has been a lot of people spamming tournaments like crazy the past 2 season and dont get me wrong i dont mind blocking them. But the thing is i have to do it mostly every day and it gets me kinda mad and annoying that i have to block at least 2 people a day for spamming tournaments or people spamming twitch streams. Can something be done about this? I know a lot of people join chats not to see people spamming but to look for groups to play normal/rank or to make friends. Can they be like some kind of punishment for those people who just spam all day? can i send a ticket report and you guys can cancel a tourny for 1 day or something, or have them perma ban for chats or something pls. Also have a time out system that kicks all the afks after 2hours of not talking in chat because chats get full really fast and its mostly because a lot of people afk in the chat and dont even play the game.
