No. Run ad marks, armor/ad quints, armor seals, cdr and mr glyphs. -Moooose2/frostylights

I build Bard on-hit, so all my power comes from hitting a certain number of Meeps. Attack speed doesn't increase the meeps, so I go for flat damage to ramp up the meeps I do get.

Attack speed on Thresh is fun, but again, his power is in his Flay passive. So you're probably better building flat damage instead (been a long time since I played it, but I've seen some NASTY Thresh one-shots. )

That isn't on hit... On hit uses items like item 3153 item 3078 item 3091 and the like, combined with meeps to decimate opponents. For on hit, attack speed is mandatory.

What it sounds like you are building is Mage Bard, going full ap to get good q and meep damage, and w heals.

Why item 3025? Your q slows for more and longer(and can stun), and meeps already slow for more, in a comparable aoe, and you get it for free. item 3110 is better for cdr/armor, and item 3100 is better for ap bard.
