Jihn in the number one spot instead of number 4?
HERESY

i think jhin has slightly too much power in his autos, much so over his spells which i wouldve thought originally wouldve been the crux of his kit. im surprised nobody tries to maximize for the most W damage, like all dirk items and full CDR. i know its inefficient but i guess thats my reasoning for why he might not be considered balanced
nami Q, one of the hardest skill shots in the game. if ever there was RNG just in a kit, its whether a nami can, and does, land a Q. W is a great unique mechanic, and the ally movespeed change to her ult was a great addition. her E is boring though. it makes sense for it to be weak though, it just feels worse than janna's shield, which is itself boring but its a great ability with the fantastic addition of AD. its weak because similar to chogaths Q, which is probably the strongest non-ultimate ability in the game, you cant give both of them too much to followup on such a great CC ability. they both only have their W's besides their ult, so its a once of damaging ability towards landing such a potentially devastating ability, and then some empowered autos. it is fair though, even if their E's were autoresets they would need some low ass numbers to make up such a potentially abusive combination
yep, best rework in the game, i think we can all agree. 2 and a half skillshots seems lazy but they're unique and its hard to tell they are actually that so i like it

I don't really care who's the most balanced champion at any given moment, given how easily that can and will change, but I think the best designed champions in the game (and by extension "healthiest") are:
Draven Gangplank Kled Sion Karthus
I'd disagree with Jhin.
He's a champion that's incredibly hard to fail with. Especially his R. Nerf R slow and then we can talk about balanced champ ;)
is probably the most by-the-book juggernaut there is.
was kinda meshed a mage with mobility without being too overbearing. Even when she was top tier in the meta, it still wasn't as bad as things like Yas and whatnot.
kinda outdated but still, his power level is what it should be for a lategame champ. Weak early, stronger late, but his lategame doesn't make him an unstoppable god; he still needs as much positioning and peel as most ADCs, unlike
generic tank support
(all we're seeing now is a meta he thrives in and ghost/flash being really good)

I'd say Kled is really balanced due to his snowball potential but being able to go tank and engage when behind. Since he can only go ham and not really get out of fights, it means that if he wants to fight you, you know he'll commit.
Yorick is a good one due to his major advantages (having strong pushing power and being an amazing duelist, even for a juggernaut) relying on specific telegraphed windows that you can outplay, but he can outplay you as well Plus you don't have to have godly skills, just game knowledge.
Hmmm, these get my votes.
