Triggered I am

I just finished a game with Xin Zhao, and basically duo-carried with vi. I spent most of early game farming with a few ganks and a couple kills here and there. I killed 3 dragons (no barons though rip. They got 2 barons and somehow still lost). Lategame I did most of the killing, while morgana, vi and anivia were CC'ing my targets. Game went back and forth quite a bit. They destroyed our mid inhib and one of our last 2 turrets and we fought in our base, killed them all then pushed mid and won. Somehow I ended with a B+, which was triggering as shite. I've gotten an S as support for 7/4/11 before so I don't see why I got B+, not even relatively close to an S D: What does it take to get an S as jungler? :/ http://i.imgur.com/vBQ8gcS.png
