Kai'sa

You'd assume with the time she was on PBE. she'd actually work properly in game. NOPE. I go into a custom with MF, 40 ping. Kai'sa? 500-800 ping. Rather than actually walking, she glides over the map, her SFX don't work properly, her ability animations don't work properly, her passive takes ages before even showing up, the helmet toggle shortcut doesn't work. When will she actually be playable?
