The future of ranked in league of legends
We all know league is a team game, we all know league is a very hard game. So why do we allow those who can't handle the game to play it at a higher level? Reaching level 30 is far below on what should be required. ranked isn't a playground, it's made for people who actually want a challenge. It's made for people who wanna grow. If I get into a lobby and lose the game because of a deadweight or a troll. That means something is wrong! If you want people to stop being toxic and you want the community to be more friendly. then stop putting the children in the same play pin as the ADULTS. We have game history we have gameplay recording we HAVE a way to check your stats for the YEAR. There has to a way to filter out the decent from the bad. Ranked should be a mode that is earned through hard work and harnessing your skills to a point where you are able to be a decent teammate. Not only would that make the trolls dissapear because they would have to complete task in order just to play but it'll make the people in ranked more humble for the game mode that they are playing, because right now we're sending solidiers into war without evaluation. I'm not saying just trash all the bad players because league isn't all about skill right, but guess what, ranked is. Ranked should be seen from the outside as a royal mode that not everyone can do. It would make players playing more respectful, dedicated, and motivated to get better. Could even add a practice version of ranked mode to keep the challengers that are not at there peak yet busy and determined. Sorry I know i'm ranting and probably sounding like an (A) hole but you can not say i'm not touching some good points here. I know my idea isn't full but you get the direction i'm going in. You can see that this could be a good move forward. So, are we going to just stand here or are we going to move because I rather move an inch in the right direction then not move at all.
jng, Darius stole my first camp. I'm not a great jngler, so I was 2ish levels behind for a good part of the game. I stayed in the jng a lot, and got griped at a lot for not ganking.
I have gone 2/7/2 on my main champion before. It doesn't happen a lot, but sometimes you just meet a dude that's straight up better than you.
