WHY DO I GET BAD PLAYERS IN PROMOS

league has to make the matchmaking for your promos different because there is no way that I get in my promos 3 times in a row and suddenly get 2-11 mid lanes or just useless bot lanes. It has to be some math behind it because I've been playing league for while now and noticed every time I get in my promos. I run into less skilled players on my team. Even if I'm on a win streak I get into my promos the teams are just unmatched. I know some league experts are gonna come and say " You need to focus on yourself" or "It's not only your teammates" but I KNOW THIS. I know it's things I do bad but come the hell on! I can tell when a game is just completely one sided. I don't even say anything to them. League honestly sucks if you play ranked and you're trying to climb
