Thats because they have to rework her entire kit, not tone down her dmgs. Keep giving her a 90% ban rate for 3 more patches and they will remove this atrocity

Laned against her with Brand today. She got me drowsy and I landed an E Q for a stun.

She still got her Q with bonus damage off. Feels good man. Great counterplay.

Because she's a 1-spell wonder as a result of utterly horrible champion design, now there's nothing Riot can do because the moment her Q either becomes weaker or not dependable to land Zoe will be trash

Not broken but one of the worse play styles they could have gone with.

She needs to get the season 2 Eve and Season 3 Olaf treatment.

It’s because she can be beaten up like a rag doll. I’m not joking anyone can beat her it’s the case of knowing what your champ can do. Here how you destroy her. If you have a poke champ or assasin who can burst pre lvl 6 then your good. Now lane make her waste her bubble, No one can hold an ability forever. She misses you engage kill simple. No point in nerfing if there is huge huge counter play

All but the most Godlike of Zoe players will probably go into super panic mode when being jumped on without their bubble up, that includes me.
