Is this ok for an adc if they have a bunch of tanks

I've been reading that a lot of people wouldn't buy it ( and i feel like if i can crit atleast 2 times in a row with 2% then i dont need pd or shiv just the ie :P) item 3153 item 3035 item 3031 item 3172 item 3071

The armor shred from BC and the %pen from LW do work together, so in that sense the build could work, but Shiv or PD would provide better DPS than Zephyr, because more consistent crits.

Personally I think adc is a useless role and I wouldn't bother trying to itemize one

Honestly depends on the adc, for somebody like Graves this would be fine, him being a more caster oriented adc. Otherwise I'd trade the zephyr out for something else with attack speed on it.

Realistically you're going to always want to pair IE with either shiv or PD as it dramatically increases the effectiveness of IE. Generally speaking everything else is okay, but drop Zephyr for PD/IE. If you make it to late game you will sell your boots for Zephyr as the move speed is pretty close to that of boots for a good damage increase. So you could have this build + PD
