but teemo does need a buff on his E in some manner otherwise hes forced to max Q. i tried E max on teemo vs nasus ofc when his regenration is too much even my skill lvl 4 cant pierce his healing on dorans shield.

LordGeovanni2 votesI wouldnt mid if they dumpster his armor and hp scaling and give him a bit of Magic resist so he leaves top lane and goes mid. He'd also need to lose his speed. Invisible high dps mobile targets are stupid to play against. Most of top lane fighters have auto resets and dont have low cooldown or meaningful damage non targeted spells so its impossible to damage an invisible teemo at range
