Is this item just a troll item ? , I've never seen it used correctly. it just seems so useless and not that good. someone explain ?

The active grants some decent pushing potential, but the big strength is the 60 Armor + 60 Magic Resist. That's more than even a Guardian Angel, and scales well on champs with strong shields or sustain as well as tanks.

Active is a cute idea but is in dire need of a rework. I don't think sending a useless bug every 4 seconds and an actually useful bug every 15 accomplishes much.

If the portal blocked skillshots (if it does ignore me) It could have a pretty good use. But the active itself needs some love, either make the portal indestructible, or make the bugs way way better.

But yeah, the stats are pretty good, and its build path is good, and its the only tank/support item that gives you Armor and MR.

Its good on Armor centered champions like Rammus, Taric and Malphite when they need MR.

They already have SV and Banshee AND LOCKET if needed..... 3 MR items is enough against a balanced team for sure. Add in merc treads too for crying out loud. 4 MR items against a balanced enemy team is excessive imo cause then where does the armor and hp come from?

I have been trying it out on my tank/bruisers and have come to really love the speed boost passive. You sprint through midlane really fast!
