Half of thresh's souls should be base armor

Thresh is way too fucking squishy. Armor penetration is pretty easy to get and this guy has 16 base armor at all times. Even if half of Thresh souls go to his base armor he would still have less then every other champion in the game. The 16 armor is a huge fucking problem against yasuowith his ult and a LW item he ignores 95% of thresh's armor which is just stupid. Also, pretty much every adc champion builds a LW item. Thresh is supposed to be a tanky warden controller dude and it makes no sense that he just gets killed in 2 seconds with his 16 base armor. Please convert some of it to base armor so he continue to scale well with frozen fist and thornmail and not get melted by ADCs
