Are we just gonna ignore Illaoi?

Illaoi seriously needs a nerf. Every time i vs him he just wins every lane. He can spam his e 24/7 and not go oom, while the range on that thing is insane. He also gets healed when he lands his e and uses his tentacles. When he gets 1 or 2 kills, he is impossible to shut down, and his ult can instakill the team. He can do this to any tank. Now you may be saying, well any fed tank can kill anyone. Yes, but this is because their tanky, and you cant kill them fast enough before they kill you, and they at least require a couple seconds to kill you. With illaoi he presses r, then uses w 2-3 times and you and your team are dead.

And i know other people are gonna say, well Renekton and Fiora can instakill you when fed, should they be nerfed too? Maybe, but they only instakill 1-2 people, not the whole team.
