Anivia change thats not in patch notes

I am not exactly sure what it is, but since the patch overnight, I noticed when I use Anivia's ULT, It has an additional circle extending out from the original snowstorm. It also has an arrow pointing to i believe what is my direction. I am not sure what it is, or why, and cant seem to find anything about it in patch notes. Any idea? Thanks
