Anivia Bug

Just noticed while playing, After I would kill an enemy with my R activated, I was unable to move or use another attack until i turned R off. The appearance was like as if you lose connection. All visuals working but just cant move, B, Or attack... After turning R off, everything is normal again.

I noticed it ATLEAST twice, both after morgana kills.
